How colo works in practice.
A dedicated port for remote access via IPMI (iDRAC/iLO/iBMC). It does not count toward traffic quota and is used only for server management.
On-site technical support: parts swap, reboot, OS install and similar tasks. 10U includes 1 hour/mo, 20U includes 2 hours/mo, 47U includes 4 hours/mo. Extra hours are US$ 40 per technician hour and US$ 20 after-hours dispatch.
Yes, as long as the fair use policy is respected. Both 1G links on 1U and 2U can be bundled with LACP.
No. Single-PSU hardware is connected to a PDU with two inlets, so electrical redundancy is preserved.
On plans above 10U, yes - servers and network gear, within contracted power. Below that, only 1 server.
Ship by courier or drop off at the datacenter. Retrieval is scheduled, with Smart Hands for unrack, packing and handover to the carrier.
